Resources for Proposal Writing
The following list provides useful links for obtaining resources prior to writing of a proposal. A strong proposal incorporates data and references to other sources documenting need and supporting the methodology/solution described in an application. Grant reviewers like to see that a writer has done research to accurately identify and quantify (where possible) the nature of a problem. A search of the literature and best practices employed by other institutions in similar situations substantially strengthens a proposal.
